I am doing my PhD in TU/e in computer science which will be completed in 2012, Inshallah and at the same time, I also want to apply for the immigration of some country like Canada, Australia. Will some body guide me in this choice by keeping in view the following aspects:

2: Weather conditions

Also do consider immigration to UK once you get a job. It is much faster. Takes an year at most BUT requires you to have a job.
The job market in UK is healthy and the weather is nice (depends on your preference). The chances to get immigration is 100% if you have enough points.
Canadian immigration is also a very good option but usually takes a few years. I am not too sure about Netherlands, but here in USA, the backlog of potential immigrants to Canada had forced the average time to get immigration to 3 years or more. However the odds of getting it are usually 100%. Canada is very cold and if you like snow, then its a treat
Job market is not as good as USA, but nothing can prevent you from getting a job there if you seriously hunt for a few months.
My advice is to apply to Australia, Canada and UK and not just pick one.
