Hi,
I am 34 years old software engineer and web developer from Lahore. I did my BCS AND MCS from private institute in Pakistan, that became non-recognized by HEC.
I applied for study visa to improve my degree last year and got admission in University of Southampton, UK. But the uk Embassy rejected my visa saying that my university is non-recognized. I was not aware of his rule so now what do I do?
I want to get foreign degree to have a good job. I want to go to Australia , I want to work there and also want to support myself financially. But I cannot apply for immigration, work permit or student visa . I come from moderate family, so I don’t want to be a burden on my dad.
Now the only option left for me is to have paper marriage with some one living in Australia and get sponsorship, so that I can work and study.

Only those people go to agents who are not confident how the process works. You don’t have to go to agents to do anything and you can do your own research.
Ofcourse monster and bayt are the only ways. There are thousands of different examples and you will have to figure out what is best for you. Is it applying to jobsites? asking your friends abroad to recommend you in their companies? apply directly to company careers page? apply for different scholarships available to study abroad? or get a decent job in pakistan and then apply for immigration?.
There is no easy way to success and you will have to spend some time to figure out whats best for you and what you can do given your circumstances.

If such is the case then considering that your bachelors if from a private university, I also think that your best option is applying for the scholarships that Mariam mentioned.

I do not have much experience in that but please be aware that paper marriage is not as easy as it sounds.
In USA at least if government finds out that the marriage was “paper”, then it usually means jail time, fine and lifetime ban for the immigrant.
I really suggest that you try taking the proper approach and refrain from such risky paths.

fatima, for this you will have to land into a good university.
why dont you apply to a recognized univ/college in london, sweden, australia or even states?..i understand it may be expensive.. but then you can look for scholarships or even go to these places and study/work together to finance yourself..
paper marriage just doesnt look like a good idea to me…
