I have done my 2nd semester of MBA from MAJU this mth. Now its time to select ma major and field I want to join. There are two options in my mind
1. Marketing
2. HR
I am really confused among the two , as more as i search for both ,both fields looks me of my interest but I find marketing more interesting but in same time I feel myself suitable for HR. I really needing help hope i have clear myself.
Tell me in detail the basic skills n qualities require for both Professions , scope , job opportunities and all . Regards

The question you’re asking is something that a lot of students are confused about. And unfortunately, there’s no right or wrong answer. But I’ll give you my take on it.
From what I’ve heard, HR is not really considered as a lucrative career in Pakistan. HR practices haven’t changed in a long time for most companies.
Marketing seems more dynamic and it gives you a chance to show off your skills and creativity. A lot of companies in Pakistan are now beginning to use new marketing techniques.
I would highly recommend you to talk to somebody working in each of those departments to see what their day to day job looks like and then make your decision.

you can take both specializations by taking an additional semester offered by most of universities now a day.
So dont worry
always keep in mind that HR and marketing deptt. goes side by side for achieving company1s goals.
