Let me assure you on that, and HFH is right there is no art/science bias. They are even offering PhD scholarships for disciplines nobody will think twice about in Pakistan (in terms of money). I strongly believe we need to improve the arts/social sciences aspect too, so you are as'relevant' as any other person from some oh-so-important field. As for other scholarships, check out common wealth and Anne Marie Se anne marie shimmel (if you are going for Masters) the Anne Marie people give scholarships to women and its fairly credible.
