In addition to what Sameer mentioned, one has to evaluate his/her circumstances and then decide. In Mansoor's case, as he has already gained MBA plus relevant work experience, you must go for possibile options available in Investment banking, Financial Security Analysis and like. London Metropolitan does not come in any UK rankings (Guardian/Times Online), as they do not include themselves in those ranking. Any university can be judge in its ability to research, I would suggest try RAE for any UK ranking. Secondly you could have applied with schools that offer MBA that is geared towards financial managers or people from finance industry. In my opinion, it is best of both worlds. I have typically heard of MSC Finance, not a MA finance. Either way, MBA finance is the way to go. You get best of both worlds. You should definitely go for a reputable school.
