Career guidance help needed
Assalamoalikum,
Hop u doing gud. I am zeeshan from lahore. I did my bachelors in electrical engineering from UET Lahore last year. Currently I am working as lab engineer in a university in lahore. I am bit confused abt wat to select as future career. I had very good grades in my bachelors nd hard working student. I opted for joining university as was interested in higher studies. i wanted to do higher studies from usa which is the best..but scholarship problems these days changed my plan a bit..
i hve applied sweden for masters nd plan to go there nd then get sum scholarship for phd in usa or sum gud uni in the world. i m preparing gre 2 so that i can apply for fullbright if it comes this year..bt i m worried abt my career in long run. i want to come back after studies to pakistan…so after phd the only option left is teaching in pakistan…and if i join industry nd take gud experience in pakistan nd spend 4 to 5 years abroad..i can earn sum gud money nd again come back nd join any industry…so i m worried abt my career in long run that wat shud i do nd cant work out my priorities..like it shud be earning more money nd choose such career or spend so much time in doing ms nd phd..although i m interested in doing research work…so can u plz help me how to prioritize so that i can focus on one aim..ur words cud help me…thanks in advance

1. when you seek advise please do not use chat abbreviations, it is hard to read
2. Please do TOEFL and GRE first. that should be your first priority
3. Apply for the Fulbright for MS. let me know if I can be of any help. I got it twice and have an idea of application process
