There are still companies who offer H1B to bright students so if you are interested in going to US then you should go ahead and apply for it. Its easier to get H1B after the MS degree as there is a fixed quota for MS students. 

As I said earlier the first step is to get admission, financial aid and everything comes after that. I will advise you to start shortlisting universities and take it up from there.

		<description>well if you really want to work and get settled in the country where you study, you should go for Canada  as US is very very strict now for jobs and for many many other reasons. So I advice you to forget about US and try for Canada or Australia. US situation is not good these days and has strict work permit and green card policies</description>
