i am currently a student of fourth semester BBA…please guide me can i do CFA alongwith my BBA or is it necessary to first complete my BBA 4 YEAR PROGRAMME and then go for CFA?

You should have at least a bachelors degree to appear for CFA exam.
At this time – I would suggest to make the best use of your bachelors degree and then take it from there.
