Transfer credit hours

i am from fast nu(computer science) ..i am an under graduate and want to transfer my credit hours in some good university of Sydney ,Australia..Some scholarship would be better ..i am in second year but some courses have GPA above 2.0 ..My performance here is very bad because i really dont like my university ..i have not given my final examination of this semester due to depression ..the teachers here are very rude and uncooperative …My final exams ..re mid terms (my mid terms were missed due to an uni event) and project proposals date were same and i got really really upset and didn’t gave the papers ..So the teachers are very uncooperative ..
This doesn’t means i am a bad student ,i am am a good student having very good percentage in matric ,done inter from ADamjee Govt science college and had also Got admission in NEd (but didn’t liked the field which i was about to get)..so rejected it …
Now i have a potential of studying but i really dont like Fast nu (lots of reasons 
)..and my parents didnt like other univerities such Bahria,kiet ,sirsyed etc etc ..so the last chance is studying abroad..kindly tell me wats the procedure and where my credit hours can be trasfered ..IS there any chances of getting Scholorships ..

GPA is very important when it comes to transfer to an abroad univresity. You should at least have C grade or better for it to get transferred in a well known university.
Each university have its separate requirements so your question is very broad and would be a bit hard to answer. What I would advise you is to shortlist some universities in UK, Australia and then as per their requirements apply for transfer. You might not get all the courses transferred but you will get almost all in which you have C grade or better in the course.

yaar teachers bht uncooperative hain …as i ve mentioned hum log isl event k liay gai they jis ki waja se mid terms reh gai they ..to unhoon ne mere mid terms compulsate kerne k bajae final papers se 2 din pehle rakh diay …final project ko kaha k akele banao 4 bandon ka kaam tha 1 banda kaisae kere ga and quiz assignments jo reh gai they uni k event ki waja se wo bhi nahi liey …
