You can study anything you want whatever your age is. I give you my example.I finished my bachelors in 1996 and got offer for MBA in a well known university in Malaysia in 2005. There I saw many old ages students (almost 50 plus) who were pursuing their career and studying. I know various scholarships opportunities in Malaysia specially for your field i.e in IT.
