VISA Process

Documents Required to submit a complete application

1. FORMS AND FEES REQUIRED

For a further student visa application complete form (VAF9 Mar 2009) Personal details and Points Based system Form (Vaf9 May 2009) Appendix 8: Tier 4 (General) Student Application for a student visa.

The Confirmation of Enrolment Certificate(s) and/or letter of offer issued by the Universities or Colleges. (30 Points). Get the appointment from visa application center Lahore office. Though Mobile # 8865 and Land Line # 0900 10411

Visa application charge – payable to the Visa Application Center by cash Rs.21,000/-

2. PERSONAL DOCUMENTS

a) Four recent passport sized photographs (35width x 45Lenght) of you and any other person included in the application.

• These photographs should be of the head and shoulders only against a white background.
Print the name of the person on the back of each photograph.

b) Student passport (passport should be valid for two years).

c) Valid Student CNIC.

d) Initial University Course Fee. (As per your course requirement or mention in the Offer letter)

e) Student Personal Bank Statement with the balance of Rs.1.5 Million. (10 Points)

3. EDUCATIONAL DOCUMENTS

1) Original Matriculation and Intermediate certificates attested by related Board & IBCC.

2) Original B.Com/B.Sc/BBA/MBA/M.Com/M.Sc or equivalent degrees attested by related Universities & HEC.

3) Matriculation, Intermediate & Graduation Character Certificates are also required.

4) Copy of all Educational Documents and Character Certificates are attested by Notre Public.

5) Bio Data of Student (CV).

6) Police Certificate.

7) Student Declaration on Stamp paper that after completion of studies he will come back to Pakistan.

4. SPONSOR’S DOCUMENTS

First of all your sponsor should have a blood relation with you, .e.g. Father, Mother, Brother, Sister, Grand Father, Grand Mother, Uncle, Maternal Uncle.

If your Sponsor is not in your blood relation please provide strong reason why they are going to sponsor you. And provide a declaration of sponsorship on stamp paper.

Following Documents are not compulsory for UK Student Visa Applicants.

a) Provide evidence of relationship.
b) Sponsor’s CNIC Copy.
c) Passport Copy.
d) Bio Data (CV).
e) Evidence of annual income.
f) Experience & Salary Certificate (if Sponsor’s is Salaried Person).
g) Business and Company Documents (if Sponsor is Businessman).
h) Agriculture land property documents (if Sponsor’s is Land Lord).
i) Visiting Card.
j) Business NTN.
k) Personal NTN.
l) Sponsor’s Declaration on Stamp Paper.
m) Sponsor’s Property Documents Copy with English Translation and Market Evaluation.
n) Last six months bank statement with the minimum balance of 3 million.

5. HEALTH DOCUMENT

Get the appointment of TB Test from Codex Hospital Lahore.

6. DURATION OF STUDENT VISA

18 Days for normal procedure and 4 months is Maximum time period.
