I have applied for Fulbright scholarship this year for masters. I still have not received any call for interview. My academic result ans cv is good but my GRE score is not, its something like 800. Is GRE the most important thing?
What are the chance of me getting called for interview and then getting selected? Till what time of the year do they call for interviews? If i take GRE again will my scores count? Thank you.

Well…don’t worry, neither have I or my brother with a Gre Score of 1250 and 1360 respectively. Let’s keep our fingers crossed.

I’ve heard they were 100 last year.
and around 61 for PhD
250 were shortlisted this year. 100 will get the nod (For Masters) .
I was called for an interview on July 13, 2010 at 8 am at Isloo.. interview went really really well.. Hoping & Praying for the best.

What subject did you apply for ? which university did you do your undergrad from ? tell me about yourself ..
PS> Like I said 250 will be interviewed this year, but they only give you a three days notice before the interview.. so even if you have been shortlisted.. the interview call will come only 3 days before the interview.. So, umeed matt haro .. Hope for the best and have faith in Allah ..

lakin abi tak call nahi muje.ye kasay pata chale ga ke mera nam short-listed canidates main hai ya nahi?
aur ye interview kab tak complete hon ge?
app ka gre score kiya tha aur kis subject main apply kiya hai.
Hey I applied for the PhD this year,I gt a call from USEFP islbd on 24th ,they only asked me about my research area and said there s sm confusion,wat does that suppose to mean? I mean will I get shortlisted or not as they dint tell me anything else?
i just had a fulbright interview today and the only american on the panel repeateadly mentioned i had a very impressive application. in the end she said in response to my query that i had a very impressive application and that if i really wanted to be sure of getting into a university of my choice i should apply there casue i could get in and even get full funding from them and that would be good cause i will get a uni. of my liking and free the grant for another candidate. what does this mean did i do good which i think so? please your opinion….

agar koi shortlist na ho tab bhi email ati hai? because i applied this year for the 2012 masters program. the application deadline was 15th of june,and i have not heard anything from them after the acknowledgement of the receipt of my app.
