I suggest that you get of work experience and decide after that whether you want to go further in your field by going for MS Telecom or you want to diversify your knowledge by getting an MBA degree.
i myself done my BCS(Computer Science) from uet Karachi profissonal area working 3+year and doning master MBA-MIS is different, suddenly i change master bces MBA-MIS is not any type of degree not in MBA(full side) or MIS not in IT sector
Masters in professional never pays right away, especially in industry or field related jobs, it is added in your profile and can help you in later stages of your carrer, my suggestion u r doing
Ms(Telecom and Networks)

well my suggestion is some what similar to Younas`. You gain experience for couple of years or more and then go for an MBA. By the time you will have gained experience in your field for 2-3 years you would be the best judge. i myself done my electrical engineering from uet lahore, did my masters in telecom from monash, australia, and have got4+ years experience of ericsson. but i feel i must have a MBA degree and i am planning to go for an MBA degree. Masters in professional field, very frankly, never pays right away, especially in industry or field related jobs, it is added in your profile and can help you in later stages of your carrer, so dont expect to do a degree and you will start getting its reward right away. Yes, masters in technical side pays if you want to go into research side, but in that case you are under educated. further you can discuss this with people from both sides and decide accordingly, bacause thse things never can have straight forward answers, as one can only give you advice from his personal experience, which gave him some gain or went in vain, but same conditions can go in exactly oppsite results for other person. so after all it will be your decision at the end of the day. But i would say, MBA after 3 years from a very good institute.
All the best.

In Pakistan, you might end up being better by having an MBA degree as that will give you an opportunity to apply to various jobs.
