C#.Net/VB.Net, ASP.NET 2.0 and above, JavaScript, ASP.NET AJAX/CSS, XML/XSLT
Oracle, SQL Server 2000/2005, T-SQL and ADO.NET.
Crystal Reports/Web Services
Sound Concepts of OOP
Knowledge of Silver light, .Net 3.5 framework, expression, LINQ will be plus

Ability to learn and work in fast growing environment
Good presentation and communication skills
