Chinese Government Scholarship Program, 2011
Chinese Government Scholarship program is established by the Ministry of Education of P.R. China (hereinafter referred to as MOE) in accordance with educational exchange agreements or understandings reached between Chinese government and governments of other countries, organizations, education institutions and relevant international organizations to provide both full scholarships and partial scholarships to international students and scholars. MOE entrusts China Scholarship Council (hereinafter referred to as CSC) to manage the recruitment and carry out the routine management of Chinese Government Scholarship Programs.
Deadline: 30 April 2011
APPLICATION
Applicants shall apply to Chinese diplomatic missions or dispatching authorities between January and April every year. Applicants may contact the above authorities for deadlines for application.
CRITERIA & ELIGIBILITY
1. Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens and in good health.
2. Education background and age limit:
- Applicants for undergraduate program must have senior high school diploma with good academic performance and be under the age of 25.
- Applicants for master’s degree program must have bachelor’s degree and be under the age of 35.
- Applicants for doctoral degree program must have master’s degree and be under the age of 40.
- Applicants for Chinese training program must have senior high school diploma and be under the age of 35, Chinese language is the only subject available.
- Applicants for general scholar program must have completed at least two years of undergraduate study and be under the age of 45, all subjects besides Chinese language are available.
- Applicants for senior scholar program must have master’s degree or above, or hold academic titles of associate professor or above, and be under the age of 50.

i wonder when most of the people telling their qualifications or like sending requests.you have to follow a particular process. in china every year univeristies recieve applications for scholarships mostly from december to april. you should follow universities website or csc or these days hec also recieves documents just to deliver or you acn submit through students already present in china. now most universities give 3-5 scholarships to pakistani studens every year although then many people quit and it goes a waste

After searching for someone I can lay my plight to, I’ve finally come with you after prayers to God. My name is ROSE KOME from Liberia. I am 20.My father and I escaped from our country at the heat of the civil war after loosing my mother and two of my senior sisters in the war. They were raped and shot.
My father established his cocoa business in Accra, Ghana. He was in Accra, to negotiate for the purchase a field when he was involved in an auto crash. There is a big problem here and the people here hate foreigners. He was hospitalized before he finally gave up on the 24th of January 2009.His death has now made me an orphan and I am exposed to danger. As I write, foreigners are attacked on daily basis.
Before the unfortunate sudden death, my father called me to his side and told me he have a total sum of 3.4 million dollars deposited in a bank here in Accra.
He said he used me his only surviving child as his next of kin to the deposit and in case he fails to make it that I should take care of myself and get someone to help invest the money for me.. I have all the papers with me here.
I have confirm from the bank all the papers he gave me on the deposit. I asked them to give me the money but they showed me the paper my dad signed with them that I must be 25 years old before they can hand over the money to me personally.
They said I should send them my birth certificate which I did and they told me that am still under the age my dad signed with them.
They told me that my dad made a provision that my guardian can manage the money on my behalf. Please this is where I need you pleased. I am suffering here without money and since he died, I have not gone to school again while there is money lying in there.I have tried to locate any of my family but all to no avail and this is why I have decided to get one for my self to assist me in getting the money out.
I will do all you want from me provided it’s within my reach and the will of God.I trust you because I trust God never to lead me astray. Please help me.
I have just told them that my guardian will contact them because I don’t want them to take advantage of me that i have no guardian.
