Both these tests are mandatory if you wish to be considered for the Fulbright Scholarship.
In order to apply for Fulbright Scholarship you must submit iBT TOEFL and GRE (General) scores along with your application. The minimum score required for iBT TOEFL is 90. However, on the GRE, a minimum score of 300 is required on each section of the examination, with a higher score on the section most applicable to the candidate’s field of study.
