How to get admission in MS engineering management with low GPA

Hi i am interested in getting admission in MS engineering management from an Aus/UK university my ilets score is 7 and and my CGPA in BE from NUST is 2.2 and a work exp. of approx. 7 months will i be able to get admission with these stats. I shall be thankful.
