Work in Sweden
Applications for work permit must be submitted to FedEx/Gerry’s application centres throughout Pakistan*. You must submit your application personally at FedEx/Gerry’s along with the documents mentioned here below. You can also submit your application electronically on the website of the Swedish Immigration Authority. Please visit the Swedish Migration Board’s website http://www.migrationsverket.se/ for further details. Documents to submit:
• 2 sets of correctly and fully completed Application Forms (Form No. 149011);
• Original passport and identity card (will be returned);
• Two passport size photographs. The photos must be: full face (facing the camera directly with your eyes looking straight at the camera), colour, with a light background, no more than six months old and a good likeness of you, bareheaded, unless you have special religious reasons;
• 2 copies of first two pages of the passport and 2 of national identity card;
• A written offer of employment in Sweden, with a photo copy, Form No. 232011
* PKR equivalent to 18 Euro is charged by FedEx/Gerry’s.
Application fee SEK 2,000 equivalent to Pakistani Rupees to be paid by Demand Draft (DD/Banker’s Cheque of Habib Bank Limited) favouring “Embassy of Sweden, Islamabad”
The application receiving hours at FedEx/Gerry’s are from 9.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m., Passport collection hours are between 2.00 p.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

Application forms are available at the Embassy as well as FedEx/Gerry’s application centres free of charge. Forms can also be downloaded from the Embassy’s website or can be hand collected from the Consulates in:
